Year 5 and 6 - Art - Sculpture
This week, Year 5 and 6 have begun their sculpture unit in Art. Linked to their work in History, this term they will be exploring Mayan artefacts to inspire their own ceramic tile. This week, they explored how Mayan artists used line, pattern, shape and texture in their work. They created their own artist pages looking for similarities and differences. We hope to share some of their wonderful work as they progress through this unit. Be sure to check back soon!
