Care for an animal
Caring for animals teaches responsibility! Leigham pupils help look after pets and wildlife, learning through small, meaningful actions.
Perhaps you already have a cool pet of your own to care for. Even if you don’t, maybe you could help out with walking or feeding a relative or neighbour’s pet? Or take a trip to a petting zoo. You can support wildlife like birds and hedgehogs in your area by leaving out food and drink for them. Even placing a saucer of water is a big help, especially when the weather is hot or icy.
