We’re surrounded by amazing old places in our corner of England. There are grand stately homes, castles, forts, medieval houses, ancient gardens and more. These buildings and sites really let you imagine how people lived in the past, and bring history to life. And imagine how impressed your teachers will be – you might even be able to teach them something new!
